Commander attends opening ceremony of 200 KVA power line

NAY PYI TAW, 26 March - Chairman of Yangon Division Peace and Development Council Commander of Yangon Command Maj-Gen Hla Htay Win inspected Aingkalaung Station Hospital in Taikkyi Township yesterday morning and presented cash to the patients.
The commander and officials donated cash to the hospital through Dr Aung Myint Myat who then presented certificates of honour to them.
Next, the commander attended an opening ceremony of 200 KVA power line in Phoe Khaung Village-tract and unveiled the signboard.
Secretary of Yangon City Electric Power Supply Board U Maung Maung Latt pressed the button to supply power to the villages.
The commander made an opening speech at the opening ceremony.
Then, the secretary explained measures taken for the supply of electricity.
Afterwards, a resident expressed words of thanks.
Later, the commander and officials looked into land preparation for preventing Aphyauk from flood and construction of embankments.
