A SPECIAL envoy of Thai Prime Minister Mr Thaksin Shinawatra visited Myanmar last week to reaffirm Bangkok’s commitment to strengthen cooperation with Yangon on a number of issues, including combating narcotics and human trafficking.

 

MYANMAR joined fellow members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations in signing agreements to establish a new regional fund and to improve natural disaster management.
