6.With the objective of promoting the Enterprise into the best state-owned financial service business whose branches the people can more safely rely upon as compared with private-owned licensed pawnshops, the Enterprise is giving beneficial help to the people by making correct assessment of the value of the pledges so that the borrowers may get their rightful amount of loans, by charging a reasonably low rate of interest, by keeping the pledges in safe custody and by educating the employees to deal with the customers so as to give them full satisfaction. So as to enhance the skill and efficiency of the employees in carrying out the loan-issuing procedures, the responsible officials are giving training to them in their respective fields.
