1. Profile
The Myanma Investment and Commercial Bank (MICB) was established in 1990. Being a state-owned bank established under the financial Institutions of Myanmar Law (1990), MICB is carrying out banking services in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Government of the Union of Myanmar. Banking services provided by MICB focus mainly on private sector.
2. Aim & Objective
As one of the State owned banks, MICB is striving hard to mobilize funds within the country by accepting deposits both in local and foreign currencies, and for the effective utilization of funds, it also provides financing facilities to economic enterprises with the aims to fulfil financial requirements which play an important role in the economic development of the country.
