The Third Meeting of ASEAN Directors- General of Immigration Departments and Heads of Consular Divisions of ASEAN Ministries of Foreign Affairs

The Third Meeting of ASEAN Directors- General of Immigration Departments and Heads of Consular Divisions of ASEAN Ministries of Foreign Affairs was held on 13-14 December 1999 in Yangon, Myanmar.

        In the opening ceremony  the Minister for Ministry  of  Immigration and Population delivered the Welcoming Address.

        The Meeting was chaired by  the Director-General of Immigration and National Registration Department of Myanmar.

The delegations from the respective member countries attended the meeting.The Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN and the ASEAN Secretariat staff also attended the Meeting.
