1. The agreement Between the Union of Myanmar and the Thai Government
An agreement was made for legal traveling via the following Border Check-Points between the two countries, namely the Union of Myanmar and the Thai Government. The signing of the border entry agreement and the exchange of diplomatic credentials Ceremony was held at Pyithu Hluttaw Building in Yangon, Myanmar on 16 May 1997:-

( 3 ) Kawthoung - Ranaung
2. The Memorandum of Understanding Between the Government of the Union of Myanmar and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines
The Memorandum of Understanding on Visa Exemption for holders of Diplomatic Passports and Official Passports was signed between the Government of the Union of Myanmar and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines on 17 February 1998. It came into being on 15-9-1998, offering 30 days of validity.
